Etnia Nativa until December 31st 2019
A close-up-and-personal view of Aruba's native culture
January 1, 2019
Etnia Nativa is spear-heading an ambitious and innovative educational concept. An activity under the supervision of our curator August Croes, who is also a board member of Aruba`s Chamber of Commerce and Industry and a cultural visionary; is the motor behind this educational initiative.
Our "Aruba beyond beaches” experience is created and presented through recollection of materials and information from local connoisseurs and weathered Island experts.
This initiative is based upon the widest sense of an authentic Aruban Cultural Experience. Receiving a predetermine group during one hour for a personal educational encounter. Participants will meet the lecturing artist in an exotic ambiance, exhibiting local archaeological and historical artifacts and much more.” An array of local Paleolithic tools and stone collection flanks the entrance path way that separates an international succulent collection and lush tropical garden to compliment the botanical display of our facility, which by the way, is the dwelling of one of Aruba’s most iconic native artists.
Last but not least, we would be very honored if you and one or more of your associates or family members could accept our courtesy tour for a personal experience. Our mind opening presentation regarding past and recent inhabitants and it's bio history is at your service.
